Calibration & asset notes (internal)
Dial centre and radius are auto-calibrated with 360-ray edge casting plus a
least-squares circle fit. All five photos share the same 2000×2000 canvas.
The strap is not a separately shot part photo — it is transplanted pixel by pixel
from the whole-watch shots. All five are the same watch re-strapped in the same
setup, so a per-pixel difference yields the strap mask (10.6% of pixels), and that
mask lifts the strap out of another shot. Case, hands and markers stay untouched.
Base watch price $80 per piece at the 100-pcs tier, excluding all
customisation cost — confirmed with the user. Dials and straps are variants
of the same model, so they cost the same. Quoted in USD, no currency
conversion. On Shopify every price is read live from the variant list,
so change it in the admin and this page follows — the constants inside
customizer.js are only a fallback for when the injection is missing.
